To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof (image/video) of the issue
2. Return Request Time
- Customers must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product
- Requests made after this time may not be accepted
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., name frames, nikkah frames)
- Items damaged due to misuse
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will inspect the product
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
- Refund will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa (if applicable)
5. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange only for damaged or incorrect items
- Exchange depends on product availability
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
- In case of damaged or wrong product, Sajawat Hub will cover the shipping cost
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within a limited time before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
